DAY 1: SAI GON - DONG THAP FARM STAY (L, D)

7:30 am, let’s say goodbye to the busy Sai Gon, we make a day tour to a wonderful land with authentic nature, the land of lotus flowers. With a comfortable minivan and our caring, knowledgeable guide, you do not need to worry about a long drive of 3 and a half hours to reach the park.

10:00 am, Dong Thap province, beautiful lotus flowers

10:00 am, Upon arrival, surprisingly enjoy the rural landscape;

Explore the agricultural tool exhibition, immersing yourself in the nostalgic memories of the ancestors who ventured into Dong Thap Muoi's wilderness. Enjoy traditional pastries, experience and savor lotus-based dishes with farmers, and engage in activities like plowing with water buffaloes, fishing, and net casting. Prepare and dine in the Southern cuisine amid a nostalgic, culturally rich environment for a serene and tranquil evening.

Experience making and indulging in traditional pastries, capture memorable photos with lotus flowers, freely sense the space of natural, chemical-free fields, and don't forget to check in on the long wooden bridge traversing the green fields with pink lotus flowers, and the vibrant multicolored grass of Dong Thap Muoi.

3:30 pm, it is time for us to explore the new city (the capital of the Mekong Delta). 

Check in at the hotel in Can Tho at around 7:00 pm and enjoy a light dinner with local food at a restaurant. 

DAY 2: MORNING CAN THO RIVER TOUR (B, L)

Cai Rang floating market

6:30 am wake up, please! Say good morning Mekong with our friendly tour guide, board a boat at the pier, and visit the largest Cai Rang floating market; join the hustle and bustle of its trading time. Breakfast is served right on the boat, with plenty of noodle soup, drinks, and fresh fruits. Leaving the market, make a visit to the noodle workshop to see the process of making noodles in the traditional way. You can try your hand to make it! Wonderful. The little boat later navigates through charming narrow channels, bringing you a great relaxing moment. Walk on a country path, we stop en route at a dragon fruit garden and explore the local technique to grow the tree.

10:00 am, cycling time in the rural area of South Vietnam

Get ready and get on the bicycle

Transfer to the rest stop, Get ready and get on the bicycle, you then discover every corner of rural life in the region. The cycling time, combined with suitable stops at local sights for visits and rest, is definitely a highlight of a day. Have local lunch at a fruit orchard then minivan transports back to Sai Gon. Drop off at your hotel at around 5:00 pm depending on traffic.
